All items are backed by our seven day money back guarantee.  The seven days is from the date you receive the item until the date you ship it back.  If the return is a result of our error, we will pay return shipping costs.  In any case, you must notify us of your intent to return the item and receive authorization for the return BEFORE SHIPPING IT BACK TO US. 

Items must be returned in the exact condition they were in at the time of sale. Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be charged and will be deducted from the amount refunded. After contacting us and receiving authorization for the return, please ship the item back to us using the same box and packing material that your item was in when you received it. Be sure to purchase insurance on your shipment, as you will be responsible for any damages in shipping.
