Copy of Nicolaus Amati Violin, c. 1920s Not to be mistaken as the violin from the movie "The Red Violin" but a very enchanted violin in it's own right! Harmonically pristine in tonal quality and alluring to the eye. Well suited for either classical or fiddle repertoires. Fine selection of European tonewood; close-even grained spruce top and one-piece maple back. Elegantly cut f-holes. Full corner blocks; structurally sound. A superior instrument.
